When you complete our survey, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and postcode
• Your responses to our survey questions

How we use it

• To research demand for AWA and help shape what we build
• To contact you about the AWA launch and Founding Member opportunities
• To send you updates about AWA's progress (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Our legal basis

Our legal basis for using your data is your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at hello@awastudio.co.uk or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers (such as email, survey, and analytics tools) who help us operate, and only as needed to deliver our service.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement to make sure your data stays protected.

How long we keep it

• If you don't become an AWA customer: we keep your information for up to 3 years from your last interaction with us. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
• If you do become an AWA customer or member: we keep your information for the duration of your relationship with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 7 years) to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@awastudio.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Object to certain uses of your information
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
